Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Glam Lab PDX, we reserve dedicated appointment time exclusively for each guest. To respect the schedules of our beauty professionals and other clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment without a fee when notice is provided 48 hours or more before the appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is considered a late cancellation and is subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten their service, reschedule, or forfeit their appointment if there is insufficient time to complete the service safely and properly. Late arrivals that require rescheduling may be subject to the cancellation fee. Deposits Any required deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future appointment if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations and no-shows. Emergencies We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Fee waivers are considered on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion. Agreement By booking an appointment with Glam Lab PDX, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. A valid payment method may be required to secure appointments and to process any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests and beauty professionals.
